Check online for a screen capture utility, I have used Capture EZ 97 for a while and like it. You can grab the whole screen, teh active window, any menu or dialog, or a preselected area of the screen (with repeat).
Also, if your print region is larger than the screen, you might want to try to print to PDF if you have Acrobat installed. I know when I try to paste pictures of worksheets that are very wide, it messes it up and doesn't show everything. That might be an alternative. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not sure.
