Hi,
I copy a value from a cell then select the cell i wish to paste it in.

Ive noticed that the flasing lines around the cell the value was copied from are gone & also the right click paste option is greyed out.

Even trying ctrl c / ctrl v is the same
Ive tried a few worksheets but the same issue & was working fine yesterday.

Im using Excel 2007

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Does it happen on any workbook, or just a certain one? What if you try creating a new workbook? Does it still do it in there?
Are you sure that you do not have any protection on the sheet, or VBA code disabling certain options?
If not, I would recommend closing and re-opening Excel, and then try on fresh workbook.
If that still does not work, you may need to re-install Excel.
