::: Copy & Paste Question

Is there any formula to put in so i dont have to type "Day X Total:" every time. Im looking for something that i can copy & paste that would automatically change the # of the day as i pasted it. For example a formula i could paste into the grey cells below so i wouldnt have to type "Day X Total:"

What if i need "Day X Total:" to start on row seven but read as row 1.

Example: B7 needs to read "Day 1 Total"

ROW() just gives the row. Add or subtract as needed.
