Copy & Paste Specials Values & Format

IN VBA is there a way to copy and paste both just the value of the cells and format?

I want the coloring and cell fill of my copy and the values, not the formulas?

After you have copied and selected where to paste

This code

Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats
