Copy - Paste stopped working

one day copy and paste stopped working. if i copy a formula and paste it in a new cell, it gives me the same data as the original cell. i have two computers. on one of them when i hit "save" the correct data for each of the pasted cells then appears. on the other computer - it doesn't.

anyone know what this is about? thanks

Just a guess - but do you happen to have calculation set on manual? That would cause some of the symptoms your describing.

Go to Tools/Options/Calculation tab - and if 'manual' is selected instead hit 'auto'. Then try the copy paste again.
