Copy & paste vlaue of cell

How do you copy and paste a value of a cell without pasting the formula that was in the cell? I only want the cell contents and not the formula to be pasted to the new cell.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Use PasteSpecial to paste just the values.

- Right-click the destination
- Select "Paste Special" (or select PasteSpecial from the Edit menu)
- Select "Values" from the list that appears
- Click "OK."

Or.... you can hold down the "Alt" key and type the "E" letter and then the letter "S"
