copy-pasting issue

Hi good morning all,

I have a userform with two textboxes on it, and the values of textbox1 are supposed to go in A1,A2, etc. This works perfectly, because another macro runs on the spreadsheet, edits the data and puts the final result in textbox2. I then run

range("A1:zz99").clearcontents

but then after that, when I paste the values from textbox1 into the cells again, all my data gets delimited with a space! The only workaround I have found is to save, close, and reopen the spreadsheet, at which point everything works perfectly again.

any ideas on how to get my "paste" function to work after the first time?

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
