Copy row with data to another sheet formula based

I have Sheet 1 & 2 where customer orders and want a summary sheet which automatically updates.
Need help for a non VBA - formula based solution.
As long as I get the barcode Sheet 3 I am using vlookup to fill in B-H.
I am using a combination of if and vlookup but its picking up the blank values as per below.

Is there a solution using indirect/ceiling?
Would appreciate any help.

Have you tried with Power Query using table append?
