Copy rows & insert based on Cell value

I have seen a few threads about this but I have been unable to solve my own issues with it.

This is part of an Excel sheet that we use to print off labels for shipments that are received from vendors. The idea is that right now we copy one of the rows and then that row is insert equal to the # of boxes. So that the row is with 1 box coming in, there will be 2 identical lines. I have got it to kinda work a few times but everytime I get it to work it only makes the exact same# of boxes not the 1 extra. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I thought I was close once but I messed the code up after trying to "tweak" it and was unable to recreate it because my notes were seriously lacking.
