Copy rows with changed cells

Hi -

I'm new to the forum. I have a problem that I've searched and searched for an answer for: how to copy rows that include changed cells to a new sheet?

The scenario is this:
The sheet is shared price list with 1000's of rows. I get the sheet and can see the changed cells highlighted. I only want to work with these cells but there is no way to filter them that I know of...

Does anyone have a solution?

How are they highlighted ?

By using Tools > Track Changes.
