Copy text from row if column contents "1"

How to copy specific content from cell if column/row has text "1"

Please see attached photo for reference

for start date cell h9 if cell J9 to dz9 with text "1" copy the text on cell j7 to dz7
same with end date cell i9

In attachment the column names are not visible. Please share the same

Also, what I understand is that if Cell H9 contains 1 copy the text from Range J9:DZ9 to Range J7:DZ7.

Do you need to copy content only for one cell ?
