Copy the clicked cell value and paste it in another worksheet in different workbook

Entirely new to VBA..I have a workbook A (.xlsm) and a CSV file

When I click a cell in a worksheet in workbook A then it should automatically copy and paste the cell values to a specified cell in CSV File.

Workbook A is open state and CSV file is closed state.
