Copy to destination with value only

Destination:=Worksheets("Sheet2").Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Offset(1)

The above code copy all information to the destination, is it possible to copy the value only?

Is it possible to include "selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues" in the above code?

Worksheets("Sheet2").Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Offset(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues
