Copy Upto End Of Rows

what i need is to copy from upto end of data list rather than fixed R38.

how can i do it?

If there is no blank cell exist then you can use:

ActiveSheet.Range("n8:r" & Range("N8").End(xlDown).Row).Copy

If you want to get last data row in column N then you can use:
