Copy value from cells that match a specified format

Morning,

I would like if possible to copy then paste the values from column K that match a certain format
The first row in the range starts at row 6

The format of the values will all be numbers & entered into the cells like so 341151-435121

So 6 numbers followed by a - then 6 numbers again

Not sure where to paste them so maybe you can advise, word doc, list box ???
