Copy value from Paste link values

I have a workbook that has formula values from another workbook.
Eg. Cell A3 =[book1.xls]'sheet2'!b6

I would like to copy and paste values so I don't need to keep book1 anymore for updated links.

I haven't just got 1 cell but alot more.

If there a code if cell is paste link then copy value and paste in current cell

Through all worksheets

Have you tried Edit|Links|Break Link?
