copy value from row 1 (a1 to x1) ,in rows below every 1 minutes when worksheet is open

i work with stock market where rates are shown in 1st row a1 cell to x1 cell

i want to copy value not formula every minutes in row 2 onwards to study changes in rates

plz help me to perform this and give me v code and how to include it in excel 2007
