Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
I should have mentioned the file that I want the info pasted into will not always be open when the macro is ran.

You can record opening a workbook too.

Here is some code to test whether or not a workbook's already open:

<font face=Tahoma><SPAN style="color:#00007F">Private</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Function</SPAN> WorkbookIsOpen(wbname) <SPAN style="color:#00007F">As</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Boolean</SPAN>
    <SPAN style="color:#007F00">'   Returns TRUE if the Workbook is open</SPAN>
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Dim</SPAN> x <SPAN style="color:#00007F">As</SPAN> Workbook
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">On</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Error</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Resume</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Next</SPAN>
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Set</SPAN> x = Workbooks(wbname)
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">If</SPAN> Err = 0 <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Then</SPAN> WorkbookIsOpen = True _
        <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Else</SPAN> WorkbookIsOpen = <SPAN style="color:#00007F">False</SPAN>
<SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Function</SPAN>

<SPAN style="color:#00007F">Sub</SPAN> Test()
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Dim</SPAN> wb <SPAN style="color:#00007F">As</SPAN> Workbook
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">On</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Error</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Resume</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Next</SPAN>
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Set</SPAN> wb = Workbooks("Test if WB is Open.xls")
    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">If</SPAN> Err = 0 <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Then</SPAN> MsgBox "Already Open"
<SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Sub</SPAN></FONT>
