I have a macro that I use in a spreadsheet. Each week I have a different SS to work on and need to import this macro. What is the best and easiest way to do this.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Suggestion 1:
Transform your macro into an "AddIn" so that it's available to all workbooks all the time. (tecniques to make addin's are been discussed many times here so just do a search to learn how to do)

Suggestion 2:
Just have your source book open each time you want to work on a new SS and run it from the old book.

Suggestion 3:
To copy macro just Open the VBEditor window using Alt + F11 and drag the module with the macro in it from one workbook to the other in the "Project Window".

Pretty much any macro can be saved as an XLA and then made into an Add-in .... Search the posts and you will find lots of info on this.
