Copying a row of data from one sheet to other sheets in a Workbook

Sorry that this is very basic, but can you please tell me how to (in a huge spreadsheet with many sheets) automatically copy one row of data (the 4th row) from one sheet to the same location (say the 4th row) in every additional sheet in a workbook. I've been doing it currently by inserting a row in each sheet and copying that same (4th) row of data from that first sheet to every one of those additional sheets. Also, the same question for the last row of data in one sheet copying that row to below the last row of data in all the other sheets.

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Meant to say it the same row of data needs to be put into different locations in each sheet.
