I can copy the validated cell down a column BUT the cells change. eg

H1 the validated cell group is b15 to b25

when I copy down one cell to H2 it becomes b16 to b26

I want it to stay the same b15 to b25.

How do I do this???

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Welcome to the board.

The same $ reference rules apply to validation.

Try defining your list as $A$1:$A$10 in the validation before copying and pasting it.
