Hi all,

I have a table in sheet "NewForm" and I need the values in column A, P and Q to be copied and paste into columns B,C and D in a sheet called "Dash" if their corresponding value in column F says "All". The values start in row 3 in NewForm and need to be paste in sheet "dash" starting in row 58.

Any help would be great thanks

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
You just need a simple IF statement to check the F value. Then assign one cell to another by clicking on it

You'll end up with something like this:

Code:
=IF(NewForm!F1 = "All", NewForm!A1, "")

You can use the little black box in the lower-right hand corner to copy this equation down the whole column so you only have to write one formula per column and then drag it down.
