The following code copies "Retail" into the range F1:F11. How can I get it to copy all the data without stepping through each one?

Dim vArray(10)

vArray(0) = "Retail"
vArray(1) = "Food Service"
vArray(2) = "Frozen"
...
...
Range("F1:F11") = vArray

Tks
