Is there a way to copy cell values and not the formulas within those cells?

I have a table of cells with formulas in each. The formulas return and display numbers. I am trying to copy and paste the numbers that the formulas return and display. I can type in the numbers myself, but looking for a way to save some time. Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi there..
Without the code you can do Copy then On edit menu click paste special then tick values then OK
it should paste only values not formulas

Sorry, I know nothing about what the commandbars (or ribbon?) or context menus look like in Mac. I PM'd someone who is familiar.
