Copying column according to cell header (crime rate of Rio de Janeiro)

Hello, guys, I'm totally noob on VBA. I really need this favour from you. It's for my research on "Rio de Janeiro's Criminal Rate:
I'd like consolidate data from 40 sheets. Each worksheet has 3 or more cells named 1a DP to 159a DP. I would like to copy the entire column with these headers (1a DP to 159a DP).
