Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to solve a problem that I'm facing while trying conditional copy

I have three tables

Table 1 - List of Products

A
Shoe Horn
Socks
Shoe Lace
Lint Remover

Table 2 - List of what customer owns
A
Shoes
Shirt
Vest

Table 3 - Dependencies (which the customer should own in order to purchase a component)
A B
Shoe Horn - Shoes
Shoe Lace - Shoes
Lint Remover - Jacket

What I need to do is scan table 2 against column B of table 3. Only if the customer does not own the corresponding dependency, it is suggested in column B of table 2.

For instance, ideally, I'd like table 1 to look like this

Table 1

A B
Shoe Horn (nothing here because the customer owns shoes)
Socks (nothing here because there are no dependencies)
Shoe Lace (nothing here because the customer owns shoes)
Lint Remover Jacket (recommended because it is a dependency and the customer doesn't own it)

I've been trying a few methods using intersect and ranges but haven't been successful so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks you :)

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hey,

I've also tried using combinations of =FIND and match index but it hasn't worked so far. Is there a way to achieve this in VBA?
