Hi, i'm beginners to excel macros. i have a system that will automatically download and update the report per hour in . csv . I want to copy all the data to another excel that already contain the previous data from the system. How to use macro to copying the data every 3 hours, paste it below the previous data and make sure just to copy the latest update data ( not overwrite)?
Eg. File name:2DEC2016
StaffID TimeIN
18619 07:15
18621 08:30

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
so how are you getting the data? I understand you have a csv file, but are you copying and pasting it into excel? Or do you open the file in excel?
