Hi All,
I have macros written in excel to copy data from excel cells and paste them into bookmarked positions in a formatted word document. This is done in 2 ways:
1st method:
Set objrange = objdoc.Bookmarks("Copyright").Range
objrange.Text = Range("A25")
This works fine and keeps all the formatting on the word document.
2nd method:
Set objrange = objdoc.Bookmarks("MPRP3").Range
Range("B14").Copy
objrange.Paste
I had to use this variant as the information being pasted is a number with formatting applied (eg percentage, currency, decimal places, etc) and using the first method only copies the numeric value and not the format.
My problem is that when pasting the numeric data into a cell in a formatted word table it changes the destination cell indent to the centre of the cell. Is there any way to stop this from happening?
Many thanks,
James
