Hi there,

It appears that the range that I want to copy is too big to fit into Microsoft Word even in landscape mode. I've tried pasting special as Microsoft Excel Object, but it's still too big..

Any idea how I can minimize my data range to fit into Word?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Well start with the point of having excel in a word file - to print on a page.

Now flip back to excel, can the range you are trying to put into word be printed to a single page? It doesn't sound like it can.

Does the range need to be all on one page or can you break it into two pages by repeating row lables and column labels?

Eg if it is accounting data can you repeat the account names on the left hand side and report months Jan to June on the first page and July to Dec on the second page?

Other ideas are to simplify and only show what you really need to!
