Hi,

In a range of cells of 3 columns i have some formulas which are dependents on other cells.
After hiding all rows which contains formulas (Edit>Go>Special>Formula then ctrl+9) remained only visible cells with constant values.
How to copy only the visible rows on a new book to give to someone to upgrade values and then to paste those new values in my original book without overwriting those hidden rows of formula cells ??

I appreciate your help . Thank you .

Hi

Select the rows, then try edit, go to, special, visible cells only, copy and then paste were required. Another way is to only select the constants (edit, go to, special, constants).

However, this won't be particularly easy to paste back the new values as they will be out of place.

How about hiding all the formulas, unlocking all the constant cells to be updated, protecting the sheet (so the formulas can't be seen) then copying the entire page to a new book to go out for updating. Depending on the formulas, this can then be pasted back over the original page once the protection has been turned off.
