How do I copy all the formts from one worksheet to the next, that is headers, footers, margins and portrait/landscape orientation?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Select (Highlight) all tabs, make sure the active tab is the onre that has the correct properties then go into page set up and click OK.

This will make all the properties you mentioned to be the same, but will not change cell formats. To do that you must use the format painter
