copying formats

I have two sheets in my workbook: SHeet 1 and Sheet 2. Sheet 2 is a mirror image of sheet 1, so sheet 2, A1 = sheet 1 A1. If sheet 1, A1 is bolded and underlined, is there a way for Sheet 2, A1 to also be bolded and underlined?

Hit Control + A on Sheet 1 and then select Sheet 2. Then hit edit paste special and select formats.

sorry i dont think i was clear. i need it to be automatic, so as information gets entered into Sheet 1, A1, Sheet 2 A1 automatically reads from sheet 1 and the values are automatically bolded and underlined.
