Copying Information from one table to another

I have three tables; one on sheet1 and the other two are on sheet2. The tables on sheet2 have about 15 names in each table. The table on sheet1 is currently blank and what I would like to happen is when sheet1 is activated the values from the two tables in sheet2 are inserted into the table on sheet1.

What would be the code to take the values from the two tables on sheet2 and insert them into the table on sheet1?

2. Are you using a PC or a Mac?

Can you post a screenshot of the actual raw data worksheet?
