Good Morning

I need to copy several modules from one file to an exsiting file. If I try to export the modules and I type in the name of the exsiting file, I get a message tha tells me the file exsits and if I continue I will overwrite the file.

Can i export the module to an exsiting file or
do I copy the module to the exsiting file?

Thanks

Steven

Google for Excel Add-in

this is a way to add one workbook to another so that the VBA code is avaiable to the host workbook. It allows you to write a single 'library' of useful functions that can be shared by workbooks.

If you are the only one who is going to use the workbooks you could also look at personal.xls which will automatically load when you start Excel (but the functions will not be available to everyone else)

Hi Steven

Are there so many modules that you cannot simply add them manually?

Or export each of the modules from the source workbook to a temporary file and import it from the target workbook.
