Copying Outlook PST file

I was able a few weeks ago to easily copy and paste my pst file on to a flash drive. I've tried it a number of times recently, even after just turning on my computer before opening Outlook, and each time I get the message: Cannot copy Outlook9: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Have you tried backing up the PST from within Outlook? Then you can copy the backup to the flash drive.
