copying some cells with formulas without disturbing given refrences

I have some cells that contain formulas now i want to copy those cell to another location and the problems is that excel change all the formula ranges and refernces when i paste them please help me.

there are more then few functions in my sheet i want a simple method can any one help me?

Select the formulas you want to copy and choose Edit|Replace What = With != and click Replace All. Copy the formulas and Paste them where you want. Select the pasted formulas and Edit|Replace What != With = and click OK. Repeat the last step for the original formulas.
