copying specific worksheets to new workbook as pasted values

I'm working with this file that contains 6 worksheets. 3 of those sheets (let's call them sheetA, sheetB and sheetC) I would like to have copied and moved to a new workbook named xxxxx&current_date.xlsx The new workbook needs to ONLY contain these 3 sheets with no other sheets visible. All of the data within the copied worksheets needs to be pasted values and maintain their formats with no references or formulas. Thank you in advance!:)

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
