Copying the content instead of formula.

Hi to all and each of you

As the title shows, the question is how can I copy a list of 5000 rows x 12 columns with the value (content), not with formula. Each of the columns are formulas and, when I want to apply 'Subtotals" it will take 45 min. to complete the tasks.

Any help?

copy the range, then edit | paste special | values

Paste the following codes in the macro window ( alt F11)

Sub Macro1()
    Range("A1:L5000").Copy
    Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A1").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:= _
        False, Transpose:=False
   End Sub

run the macro
It will copy values from sheet 1 and pastes them in sheet2
