copying worksheets with cell references

I have 3 worksheets (A,B, and C). "A" is the middle of the month and "B" is the end of
the month. "C" is a summary of "A" and "B" by "A's" cell plus "B's" cell.

Each month I copy the 3 worksheets and change the tab name to the new month.

Is the an easy way to change the cell references in the new month to the new month?

I am not sure I am saying my problem clearly, but thanks for the help.

yep - somewhere on your C sheet you need to enter the name of the tabs...A1 & B1 on SheetC = say Oct1 & Oct2

use INDIRECT

=INDIRECT(A1&"!A10")+INDIRECT(B1&"!A10")

which Excel reads as

=Oct1!A10+Oct2!A10

The other way of course would to be simply name the file as the month and leave the sheets as Sheet1 & Sheet2 (say with headings on the sheets themselves) - then the formulas would never change - ie. Sheet1!A10+Sheet2!A10
