Correcting SSN that begin wtih "0"

I'm working with Social Security Numbers that start with "0". How can I fix those SSN's that start with zero but the first character, which is a "zero" is not showing?

Did you try to change the format to SSN?

Go to the Home Ribbon, click on the dialog launcher for the Numbers tab, then click on Select, and then click on Social Security Number formatting.
