Correctly us OR in IF statement.

=IF((RIGHT(D877,4))="1270","FREIGHT",IF((RIGHT(D877,4))="1258","FREIGHT",""))

This works fine but I think it should be

If A1= XXX or YYY or ZZZ then "do this" else "do that".

whats the correct way of using an OR statement within an IF statement?

My reason for asking is I have just spotted we have more than 2 Freight codes and I don't want to have 7 nested if statements
