I have Customer Satisfaction Scores (3 years of scores per customer) and Revenue (3 years of $ per customer). How can I find a possible correlation between satisfaction scores to revenue - ie. over time if they increase does that mean more revenue?

Thanks.

CORREL is one of the functions in excel. Use something like this formula

=CORREL($A$2:$A$10,$B$2:$B$10)
