corrupt data?

I have a form where a user enters some basic information which populates the table below.
Periodically, a record appears to become corrupted. I'm unable to delete that particular row of data for some reason. Any idea what might be causing this?

Try importing everything into a new, blank database, then compact & repair.

If you haven't split the database, do it. That way you separate data from logic; if something goes wrong it is mostly with the forms / reports. You can use a backup of the front end database and not lost your data.

I understand the concept of splitting the database, but I haven't done that before. What does that entail?
