Corrupted File - Have attended seminar (Dallas)

Have a file on my hard drive I can't open. Have tried to recover/repair/extract...all failed. Tried re-booting...nope. tried it again in safe mode...no dice. move to a new location on the server...no luck. also tried "unlockiing" the file with something called "unlocker"... didn't work either.

the initial error message read, "unreadable content". any help opening this file would be appreciated. thank you.

You are welcome to email it too me or anybody you know who has a C debugger. Many times the file can be opened and recovered while Excel is in debug mode.
