Hi Guys,

Is there a way to compare various prices against a master list of prices for different suppliers

ie, the master list shows current price with the current supplier

i then need a formula to calculate a total of the prices from Supplier 2, but not all the prices are to be compared

Current Supplier

Brush 4.00
Bin 6.00
Bucket 12.00
Shovel 15.00

Supplier 2

Brush 3.00
Bin #Value
Bucket 10.00
Shovel 12.00

So all i need is a total of supplier 2, for the brush, bucket and shovel (Also to ignore the #DIV/0! and #VALUE)
with a comparison against the current supplier

The next supplier may be

Brush
Bin
Bucket 11.00
Shovel 16.00

So all i need is the total for the bucket and shovel
with a comparison against the current supplier

Hope this makes sense

Many Thanks

Hi Andrew,

To keep it as simple as possible we should use A1:A442 for the current supplier cost

We can the use C1:C442 as supplier 1 cost

Then E1:E442 as supplier 2 costs

Hope this is ok

Many thanks
