Count 0-9

I have 4 cells (a1 b1 c1 d1) that I need to count from 0-9. Together they sould count from 0 0 0 0 to 9 9 9 9. If, while counting cell "k14=1 or more" the counting stops .... I extract the relevant data, and then I press "return" to continue the counting.
