Count 1 in number series

Hi,

i have a data like this :

Column A	Column B (Ans)
1231	2
231	1
4531	1
1121	3
21114	3

<colgroup><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

now i need to calculate that how many times 1 Comes like that column B
can you help me on the same....
