Count A Certain Word

Hi Guys,

An easy one for you (Not Me), I have a range f16:f33, some cells are blank, some cells have the word yes & some cells have the word no, I have f34 as the total cell. I need a formula that will count the number of times the word yes appears.

I know this is obvious but it is bugging me
