Count Average

hi,

i have a query..

i need to prepare a call analysis report
wherein i need to calculate average calls a day.

Supposing i give the date as 02/06/2008 to 19/06/2008

i want to knw the average number of calls taken by a person per day.
(5 days working in a week. Sat Sun Holidays)
i have the data ready..
im just confused as to how do i divide the total calls ?
02/06/2008 to 19/06/2008 is 18 days
out of tht
if i consider working days only that is 5 days in a week
Total count of days is 14.
so the correct average would be to divide the total number of calls by 14 and not 18.
Can someone help me with this?

have a look at NETWORKDAYS formula to give you your denominator.
