Hiya,

I would like to be able to count how many rooms meet the following criteria:

- If cell H10 contains the word 'LKD' OR 'Livingroom' OR 'KD', then check to see if cell B10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90' OR cell D10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90' OR cell F10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90'.

- If cell H10 contains the word 'Bedroom', then check to see if either cell B10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90' OR cell D10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90' OR cell F10 contains a number which is greater than or equal to '90'.

So for example I would like cell J12 to equal 'FALSE' or '0' because cell H12 does contain the word bedroom, but none of the cells, B12, D12 or F12 contain a number which is greater than or equal to 90 and cell J16 I would like to equal 'TRUE' or '1' as cells H16 does contain the word LKD and either cell B16, D16 or J16 contain a number which is greater than or equal to 90.

Does that make sense?

Thanks in advance.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
Your criteria for Bedroom seems to be the same as LKD, KD etc, is that correct?
